FAQs

How do I make a reservation?

At Gyukatsu Rose we use the term time slots. Guests can book a time slot through the free dining app RESY. A credit card is needed to reserve and there is no charge for reserving a time slot.

This dining experience is meant to last one hour or less. Due to our small space and limited seating, respectfully, we adhere to a "1 set per seat at minimum" policy. The set meal cannot be shared between guests. ALL guests ages 5+ require an individual time slot.

Walk-in seating is based on availability. Please note we are cashless.

When are time slots released?

Resy bookings are available up to 14 days ahead.

We are open Thursday - Sunday and time slots are available every hour from 3:00pm - 10:00pm. Last seating at 9:00pm. We are closed Monday - Wednesday.

What is your cancellation policy?

Use the RESY app or website to modify or cancel your time slot. For more info, please click here

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your time slot will be charged a $20 fee per guest. There is a 15 minute grace period before being considered a no-show and will be charged a $20 fee per guest. The fee is not automatic and is charged at our discretion.

What if I am running late?

Please note that reservations have a one-hour time limit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your time slot, we may not be able to guarantee the full Gyukatsu Rose experience you've been looking forward to. We appreciate your understanding!

How do I book large parties?

For parties of 4 or more people, have another guest book the same date and time to complete your party or email gyukatsurosefoh@gmail.com up to two weeks in advance.

Gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to parties of 6 or more.

Do you accommodate allergies or other dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate common allergies like shellfish, dairy, and nuts. We cannot accommodate those with gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian diets. Please note all fried items are fried in the same oil.

Where can I park?

Parking can be challenging, please plan for extra time. The Market has a parking lot all the way around the building as well as street parking. There are two overflow parking lots to the northwest of the building off East End Avenue at the Audubon Park K-8 School & behind the white fence on Northwood Blvd. Please do not park in the residential neighborhood streets directly behind the Market. Please obey all road signs & no parking signs.

Please contact gyukatsurosefoh@gmail.com with any other questions or booking needs.
