Gyukatsu Rose is the eighth concept under Small Food Group and was added to the MICHELIN Guide in 2025.

Gyukatsu Rose is a new Japanese restaurant offering a unique dining experience centered around Japanese Gyukatsu—a delectable flash-fried breaded beef cutlet served with a hot stone grill. Other set options include Maguro Katsu Set (Bigeye tuna cutlet) and Curry Menchi Katsu, With six different sets on the menu, there is something to fit your mood, budget, and hunger level.

Gyukatsu Rose operating hours differ from East End Market’s usual hours. We are open Thursday - Sunday from 3:00pm - 10:00pm for dinner and Sundays from 11:00am - 2:00pm for Brunch.

Gyukatsu Rose is located on the first floor of East End Market in the Audubon Park Garden District.

Time slots are recommended and can be made via RESY. Walk-ins also available.
